Infants

Welcome to Our Infant Program

We understand how important it is to choose the right care for your baby. Our infant program is designed to provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where your little one can thrive. We cater to babies from 6 weeks to 18 months, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and care.

Curriculum

The Infant Program was created to deliver a clean, safe, and nurturing environment with activities to assist infants in achieving important milestones while experiencing joy! Each day provides an exciting new adventure for the cuddly infants who are in our care.

Learning and development starts long before birth and accelerates rapidly afterwards. Therefore, infants must continually build knowledge and connect new ideas to what they already know and do. My Baby Can Read nurtures and supports the literacy development of the infants.

Art Projects

Our infant program includes creative art projects designed to stimulate your baby's senses and encourage early exploration of colors, textures, and shapes. Through guided activities, such as finger painting, sponge stamping, and simple crafts, infants can engage in sensory-rich experiences that help develop fine motor skills and spark their imagination. These projects not only provide a fun and messy playtime but also lay the groundwork for future artistic expression and cognitive development.

Safe and Nurturing Environment

We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where your baby can thrive. Our infant rooms are designed with your child's safety in mind, featuring soft, padded areas, secure furnishings, and age-appropriate toys. Our caregivers are highly trained to ensure each infant is cared for with love, attention, and respect. We follow strict safety protocols, including secure entry systems, routine cleanliness, and careful monitoring of all activities to create a comforting and secure atmosphere.

Physical Development

Promoting physical development is a key component of our infant program. We offer a variety of activities aimed at helping your baby develop gross and fine motor skills. From tummy time and crawling to reaching and grasping, our activities are designed to encourage movement and coordination. We provide safe, open spaces for infants to explore their physical capabilities at their own pace, helping them build strength, balance, and confidence as they grow.

Language Development

Language development is fostered through constant interaction and communication with our caregivers. We engage infants in conversations, sing songs, and read stories daily, introducing them to new sounds, words, and rhythms. Even in the early stages, we encourage babbling and vocalizations, responding to each sound to promote verbal expression. Our goal is to create a language-rich environment that supports your baby's emerging communication skills and lays the foundation for future language development.

Cognitive Development

Cognitive development is a crucial aspect of our infant program, and we strive to create experiences that stimulate curiosity and learning. Through a variety of sensory activities, problem-solving games, and interactive play, we encourage infants to explore their surroundings and develop their cognitive abilities. Activities are tailored to each child's developmental stage, helping them understand cause and effect, recognize patterns, and begin to make connections between objects and ideas.

Daily Reports

We understand the importance of keeping parents informed about their baby's day. That's why we provide detailed daily reports, giving you insight into your child's activities, moods, feeding times, diaper changes, and any milestones they may have reached. These reports are a valuable tool for maintaining open communication between our caregivers and parents, ensuring that you stay connected and informed about your baby’s experiences and progress in our program.
